Q: Do you provide E-File (electronic filing)?

A: Yes we provide E-File for Individuals and Corporate Returns

Q: Can you prepare my return while I wait?

A: If the return is not too complicated and can be completed in a reasonable amount of time yes.

Q: Do you prepare the state and local returns too?

A: Yes our fee includes all the necessary filing that are required for your individual needs.

Q: What do you charge to prepare an individual return?

A: Every return is different so prices will vary. The most basic return (1040EZ) cost $125 for Federal, State and Local. An average return with a W2, Interest and Itemized deductions cost around $200. More complicated returns are charged based upon what forms and schedules are required. We use a basic price sheet and check the items you require to come up with a price. We do not size people or businesses up by their income level.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept Cash, Check, PayPal, and Credit Cards. PayPal and Credit Card payments are assessed a 3% surcharge to cover processing fees. This is to keep overall prices low.

Q: Do you offer any discounts?

A: We occasionally offer discounts through Google Offers and we offer discounts to clients who send us referrals. We also offer discounts to members of the Chalfont New Britain Business Alliance (CNBBA).

Q: Will you travel to my home or business?

A: Yes, within reason. There can be a charge for travel time and milage but this is discussed before the appointment.

Q: What are your hours?

A: Appointments are scheduled for nights and weekends. We are available almost anytime via email or SMS Text Message. Responses when possible are sent within an hour (from 8am to 12am) and if not definitely within 24hrs. Telephone calls are answered whenever possible, however due to meetings and scheduling they may not be as efficient as email. We do not have walk in appointments as the business is run out of a home.
